I don't even know. Why Perceptor turned into a Drama!Mama, I have no clue. Just that I think that Soundwave was taking him for granted and he was just done with it and the kids were being mean and disrespectful and PERCY IS STILL A REAL MECH! HE HAS NEEDS!
