Beta Reader Blues

Usually I don't bother with a beta reader, but there are some times I look at stuff I'm writing and hope to god only blind people are reading it.  At least, then my mistakes and weird phrases don't look so bad, lol

But when I want a beta reader I have no clue on how to go about getting one.  Any suggestions?
